Our Story
Welcome to Something Bubbly! Something Bubbly is a vintage horse trailer completely renovated and custom built with a little help from our friends. Offering vintage charm and character, Polly, our beloved horse trailer, provides bubbly, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails created by our very own MixieChics. Our fully functional bar equipped with a dual tap commercial kegerator with double tap stainless draft tower, is sure to be the talk of your celebration. We offer a customized menu catered to YOU! Whatever your vision is for your special day, we have you covered. Need just bartenders for your event? Want both the horse trailer with our bartenders? Want just the horse trailer and desserts?
